「This hotel property was excellent and will be my go-to when passing through Springfield in the future. The service was excellent, friendly and professional. Breakfast was much better than expected with eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, cereal etc. Pool and hot tub were well maintained! Hotel was clean and room was decorated super cute with a fish lodge theme. Leave it to Bass Pro to hit a home run! Highly recommend!」

「The room was perfect for our purposes, which was basically having a place to sleep when the long days were over. It was clean, reasonably priced and the restaurant had great food. I'm sure we will be back.」

「Pleasant check in. However, things went downhill from there. Because we used Expedia (saved $20 per night), the owner said “You did not pay enough to receive $15 an hour room service”. So we had to buy our own trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, take out our own trash daily and were initially charged for additional clean towels. This while being charged additional pet fees. 「They have a very good breakfast. Their staff is amazing. Their housekeeping stays in order and on top of things they are great with children. They’re great with pets. They are very amazing place. I would recommend them to anybody that is wanting a peaceful place to stay.」

There is a very nice lite (hardly noticeable) wind that seems to continuously blow past the swing. The motel is about 3-4 minute walk from The Village Inn restaurant;.
