"I got charged twice for both rooms. I made the reservation with one credit card and paid with a different card at check in. I was also charged on the original card after paying with a different card while at the hotel. The front desk fixed that one and did a credit back. Once home I was charged for the other room on the original card even after paying at check in with a different card. I had to call 3 different days even after being told each time I would receive a call back,. Finally I spoke with the general manager only to be told dispute it with your credit card she would not help me. It was clear I had been charged twice for one of the rooms even after her seeing where I was charged twice and had to be credited on the one room. I was very disappointed to have to deal with this for days and having to involve my credit card company. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good and the breakfast lady was very nice. It was safe and in a great area. I am just very disappointed in the billing system and lack of help from the general manager."

"Perfect location for our 48-hour trip to see my niece perform at Billy Bob’s, which is directly across the street. You can walk to everything in the Stockyards, making it incredibly convenient. It’s also a great area for early morning walks, when it’s quiet and peaceful—before the whole place comes alive with people and all the fun things happening downtown."

"This is definately a hidden gem in the city! The bungalows are very intimate and private with a great patio on the roof of each one. Pool and outdoor area is perfect for a romantic getaway. Not for the claustriphobic for sure. Only drawback was the water pressure in the shower. We will definately be coming back!"

"It was at a great location. Was so quiet there. The viw was awsome. Could see the walking of the Texas longhorns from the room. They also had one of the best breakfast we have ever had."
