We could not get it to close and stay close and we could not get it to lock. I called and emailed the property manager. Who did get back in touch with me after I had got someone off the street to help me. 「The ocean view was unobstructed and the pool was good. The condo was okay; it had a rustic vibe but teetering on outdated, and there's a difference. The curtains were supper old, the flooring in the master bedroom was super cheap, when there was a slight musty smell when the air conditioner was turned off, the fitted sheet had a permanent stain and so did the shower curtains in the bathroom in the master bedroom. 「First, the property was not cleaned satisfactorily and I provided pictures and videos of the property upon arrival. I reached out to the contact or owner who NEVER responded. Afterwards, that night we returned and couldn’t access the building because at a certain time you must have a Code to enter the building that wasn’t provided in the check in documents. By the way, we NEVER received a Code or call back from Evolve or the owner with that information. That was extremely disappointing and...

「Horrible place to deal with. We got there on a Friday afternoon and the key pad wasn't working. Called the number. The manager was not there. The managing property was in California. Told us the manager wouldn't be back until Monday. After 3 hours on the phone with them, Told us to find a hotel for the night and they would reimburse us for the night.
