We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for our number of family members and their were plenty of pools and hot tubs so it was never crowded and we usually had it to ourselves and we loved having a restaurant and bar available onsite.

The shower didn't drain had to stand in my own dirt there weren't proper beds in the room like was said on the ad I would never book this room again and I will never book through evolve again!

Calamity In Myrtle Beach

First, the property was not cleaned satisfactorily and I provided pictures and videos of the property upon arrival. I reached out to the contact or owner who NEVER responded. Afterwards, that night we returned and couldn’t access the building because at a certain time you must have a Code to enter the building that wasn’t provided in the check in documents. By the way, we NEVER received a Code or call back from Evolve or the owner with that information. That was extremely disappointing and frustrating that Security questioning our legitimacy for being at the property. Unfortunately, the only remedy was provided was $100 refund. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous given everything that happened.

I would never stay at this hotel again. When we arrived there was no way to get into the resort, no guidance as to where to go to check-in, we had to call the resort and was told to contact a woman by the name of Barbara on the premises. We called Barbara but apparently Barbara doesn’t like to pick up phone calls and she replies to text messages mad late. We eventually get to our room where the room is completely different from what we booked online. There were no oceanfront we only had ocean view. There was no lazy river as it is pictured on the Expedia website. Also, there was little damages around the room. We did get a discount refunded back to us, but it was definitely aggravating to come to a hotel room that I wasn’t expected to come to. When booking this room on Expedia, I was not informed that this was a third-party reservation. According to Barbara, the woman on the premises, there was no around the clock housekeeping, We weren't allowed to get more tissue or towels or Washcloths. We had to wash everything on our own and pay for it out of pocket on top of what I paid for the room. Upon checking out of course we did not clean because we pay good money for this unit and did not get any services. I was definitely furious when I got a text from Barbara stating that I was going to get charged for damages that I did not do and cleaning service that we already paid for when we booked the unit. She was quick to text after we left but took forever to text when I was there.
