"There is no signage for you to be able to find your room. We got lost twice and had to call the front desk and he told me “just to come back to the front”. He showed me on a piece of paper how to get to my room when he should have at least offered someone to walk us, or partially walk us there. The key didn’t open the pool so someone already inside let us in, stating their keys didn’t work either. We watched 2 other groups of people walk around lost looking for their room as well. Needed a cot for my daughter and extra blankets because one blanket per bed isn’t enough for 4 people, took over 45 minutes to receive (we were very tired by the time we received the cot) my husband called to check on it the first time, and 15 minutes or so later I called and was immediately put on hold with no answer so I hung up. The light on the balcony, we couldn’t access, was left on all night and our curtains didn’t close all the way enough to block said light. Took a shower in the morning and had no conditioner in the container attached to the shower wall. Used the lotion (also connected to the wall) that states “squeeze gently” which I did, top popped off and lotion went all over. Parking was a joke. Will not stay again. Beds come off more full size rather than queen size. That sucked. "

"Free hot breakfast daily: two different kinds of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, waffles, pancakes, apples, oranges, bananas, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, coffee, juice. Also FREE DINNER!! Day one chicken alfredo, veggies, baked potato bar, and chips with nacho cheese. Did I mention FREE alcoholic drinks too during dinner. THREE of them. There are 5 different cocktails to choose from. The hot tub was phenomenal with strong jets, the rooms and facilities were very clean. Beds are super comfortable. Parking was easy (although there is a daily fee of 15 dollars). Staff were very nice and accommodating. 10/10 I would stay here over and over and over again!!"

"This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. WIFI worked great. On site restaurant is a big plus for those of us that aren't up to exploring the area. Thank you. "

"Everything was average. The most disappointing this was the hot tub jets were not working. But the waterslide and pool was nice just wish there was more seating near the pool"

"The staff was excellent. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast was really good. There was a nice large breakfast area and many options for food. The cheese and sour cream should’ve been refrigerated though. They were left out on the counter. Lots of condiments. There were even grab and go containers. I thought that was nice. They had a high tech coffee/hot chocolate machine. Plenty of drinks. They even had a waffle maker. Overall, it was a great experience. I was disappointed that the pool was a bit chilly though. Also, was no bathtub for my preschooler. They are trying to update the property and pool area. It was a really nice and quiet hotel. I would stay there again. "
