「Clean room, good breakfast and dinner」

「We ate dinner and breakfast in the onsite restaurant before catching the ferry. The food was tasty and served hot. It was nice to just walk to the restaurant rather than having to drive somewhere else. The room was very hot and we could not turn the heater off.」

「Found out upon check-in that dogs weren’t allowed even if they stayed in their kennel, but was told a rabbit in a cage could stay in the room. After rabbit was moved in, was then told that the rabbit couldn’t stay in there. Was offered a refund for the mixup, but then was told I’d have to request it through Expedia and after the whole misinformation with the rabbit, I didn’t trust that I would actually get the refund so our dog and rabbit had to sleep out in our vehicle overnight. 「Liked: The beds were very clean and one of the most comfortable that I’ve slept in. The cement walls meant you barely heard your neighbours except when they opened/closed the door. The heat pump was great to adjust temp/cooling. The rate was a really great value. There was plenty of hot water. What could use some work: Some of the towels looked dingy and had stains. They should be replaced, it’s not a welcoming visual even if the rest of the linens were clean. The satellite TV lost...
