"Clean hotel and room. Efficient shuttle service to and from airport. Staff were friendly and polite and spoke some English. Breakfast was excellent with western and Asian options plus a noodle and dumpling bar made to order and eggs any style you like. They also provide breakfast bag to go if you don’t have time to sit down and eat."

"Hotel is very nice and feels luxurious. Housekeeping staff were friendly, most others were ok as well. Stella Jin was very courteous and helpful with processing our tax refund at the hotel. It was a free service so look for her when staying here. It's not listed but there is hot tub, steam and sauna in the men's changing room on the pool level! Free for hotel guests."

"We stayed one night in advance of a morning flight from Pudong airport so as not to stress in the morning. The hotel is well situated close to the metro and between both terminals. Staff were efficient at check in and helpful. Very clean and quiet room with plenty of space."

"I just wrapped up a 10 visit to Shanghai, and spent my entire time at the Conrad Hilton property. I was pleased with the very central location in the city of the hotel, and from my 39th floor room I was more than happy with the sweeping city views, looking directly down on the green oasis of the People's Park. The elevator situation was a bit confusing to begin with (due to the unusual shape of the building), but that was soon sorted and I moved freely between the propertys facilities. The 10th floor pool provided sweet views of the surrounding neighborhood and the gym was good sized and open 24 hours a day, something I made frequent use of. My king suite was super comfortable and well appointed and I especially appreciated the city view desk and more than ample closet space- a must as I travel for many months per year. As for the staff I would like to take a moment to acknowledge and show my appreciation to the following folks- a huge thank you to (French national) Hugo in guest relations who helped me out in many ways and made the hotel feel like a home over my week+ stay, to (Thai national) Thena whose cheerful demeanor and daily greetings cheered me up immensely and (Chinese national) Rosemary the ever evervesant 'elevator lady' who guided guests and was a genuine hostess for the hotel and a bright personality who made many of the guests smile and happy as they descended to the lobby to begin their day- I thank you most sincerely, you made my visit a memorable one.."

"The Novotel Hotel gave us a 12th floor experience was amazing ! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the walk in checking to checkout. Very clean facility and rooms. Bathrooms were neat they had automatic toilet and spacious shower with hand held and rain head. We left the hotel room door open and opened the windows the fresh breeze from the ocean gave a wonderful relieve breeze continually. The house keeping staff was very kind and helpful with over daily needs. The hotel restaurant had a pleasant helpful attentive staff and the food was fresh and cooked by professional chefs Delicious ! Over a great stay we would stay again and highly recommend for any single or family stay."
