「Easy access by bus, and near to the attractions, such as Lausanne cathedral, museums and sauvabelin tower and etc... bus stop is nearby the hotel. The pillows are smelly but the staff replace the clean pillows within 15minutes, appreciate!!! The room and bathroom are very clean and neat. Ec」

「From the minute we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags and check in a few hours early. The room was gorgeous and had a mini bar in the room with plenty of options for tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean with all amenities of soap, shampoo, heated towels,bathrobe and slippers. 「We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a few nights. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, nothing was too much bother. Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed, large room and lovely public areas. The evening meals and breakfast were delicious. The perfect place to ski as the main gondola is just a 2min walk away & there is plenty parking around the hotel. We hope to come back another time!!」
