The room was fantastic. The gentleman at the counter when we checked in whose name starts with a Ugur was unbelievable helpful with our stay, attractions and public transportation. The bed was the best we have had in Switzerland.

A very good, comfortable hotel. Well located being next to the main rail station, the city’s 2 metro lines and nearby bus services. Room was good and bathroom had a good shower. Breakfast had a good choice of food and drinks. Would definitely use again.

Nice hotel right by train station. Room was clean and comfortable although hotel is a bit old. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately there is a bit of construction work at the train station currently which starts in the morning so don’t plan on having a lie in until this is finished

Very convenient for the train station and central Lausanne, this hotel provided a large, comfortable, clean room with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Breakfast was very good and plentyful. There was a coffee machine in the room. Some might find the decor and bathroom a little dated but we loved the grace and elegance of the room, which had a desk, 2 chairs and a sofa, as well as a fridge. The staff were polite and helpful allowing us to store baggage and check in early.
