「This hotel is very clean and the service was great. I would recommend it to anyone.」

「Large, grand but quiet hotel walking distance from the town of Divonne, itself just a short drive from Geneva. Free parking and well-maintained grounds. Functional staff. Quite reasonable breakfast. Comfortable bed and nice room. I would stay again, but my one complaint is the shower which is an attachment in the middle of the bath, so difficult to position the shower so that the water does not spray the bathroom. The fitting on the wall was also far too low so that I had to stoop quite far down...

「Piccolo hotel nel centro storico, a pochi passi dal castello. Camera molto confortevole, con terrazzino e vista sul castello e sul lago. Facile possibilità di parcheggio nella piazza antistante. La struttura ospita anche un ristorante di qualità, consigliabile per la cena, in una sala tranquilla e gradevole. Nella stessa sala è servita la colazione, ben assortita e di grande soddisfazione. Prezzo adeguato, tenendo conto che ci si trova nella costosa Svizzera. 」

「Went as a solo traveller for 2 nights. Had a great stay, helpful staff, lovely breakfast and very clean. A bit out of the way, but there is a bus stop just outside and within 10 minutes you are at the train station and 5 minutes later at the lake front. Highly recommend.」

「Si l’établissement est parfaitement tenu et très propre, le professionnalisme du personnel laisse à désirer : la réceptionniste du soir me confirme le prepaiement de ma réservation de ma réservation via expédia quand celle du matin m’agresse au réveil en m’arrachant des mains mon passport pour un Check in au moment du départ et me demandant de repayer une deuxième fois la nuit. Ce, avec des partenaires de chambre qui mettent le réveil à 5h et font les cents pas avec leurs chaussures malgré me...

「Hébergement confortable bien que usé et personnel très accueillant. La déception vient du fait que la chambre est au dessus d’une pizzeria. Des chants Karaoké jusqu’à minuit passée et le ménage jusqu’à 3 h ! Nous avons péniblement dormi 2h et faute d’autre chambre disponible avons préféré changer d’établissement pour la deuxième nuit de notre court séjour (quitte à payer un nouvel hébergement et perdre la somme déjà acquittée)」
