「Everyone was very helpful, very courteous and kind. Desk staff spoke perfect English, answed questions and were helpful with everything asked. My stay was very quiet, everyone respects everyone else. First time I have stayed at a place like this, I'll do it again. I like it better than hotels. 「This was my very first time visiting Cancun. Everyone that works here is so friendly. I had arrived at 10 or 11 am - Check in wasn't available until 3 pm but they were able to let me into my room earlier which was so awesome. The room and bathroom are huge and very clean.
