"We just did an overnight to see a show at the Uptown Theater which is close by. Staff was great, everything was clean, and the grounds were lovely. The cookie hour was is a great touch. "

"The hotel itself seems a little older but it has updated their rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Nice strong shower. And everything was very clean. The main issue I had was the front desk. The line was a bit long, which I get, it was after 3 and check in time, I didn’t mind waiting. Maybe the front desk personal was just having a long day but she did not seem like she wanted to be there. Not saying she had to be overly friendly, but maybe something more than just a few words and going through the motions. Or smile would have been nice. "

"Should change bed sheets daily. Towel had a smell did not smell like freshly cleaned towel. Should label breakfast bacon or sausage type. Glasses were sitting in the hallways for two days outside the door of multiple rooms."

Our initial room was really far from the pool on the other side of the property, so we upgraded to a suite next to the pool. Other than that, the staff were really friendly and the room was clean. "
