「Lo único que molestó un poco fue que las camas estaban con mucho polvo, soy alergico y me causó algunos problemas, el resto todo muy bien, recomendado.」

「Location amazing. had a lovely room overlooking the square」

「Breakfast was amazing, the staff, especially Yale, were so helpful finding places to go on tours, out for dinner and just about everywhere. Location was very close to two restaurants one block down the street. We were there Oct 8th to Oct 14th and we highly recommend going to stay there.」

「WiFi was decent but did break up sometimes. Friendly staff but often didn’t have information such as once I asked about laundry and the staff wasn’t sure and didn’t try to help and find out. It’s a budget hostel, good value for the money in the city historic center. You can walk alone at night u til about 830-9pm. Uber is plentiful. Decent traditional restaurants around within walking distance. Hostel is quiet except for the construction - so be mindful if you take naps or sleep in behind 8am....

「The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.」

「The room was clean, so I had no issues there. However, it was disappointing that the breakfast was of a lower standard compared to other hotels I have stayed at.」

「My room was very noisy. Loud music from other shops at 5:00 am. The same from late afternoon until 10:00 pm. The roof terrace was under construction. The staff are very friendly, and the room is very clean.」

「The temperature of the sauna and hot tube was nice and hot. The views from the rooftop patio and rooftop restaurant were stunning.」

「The location was good if you don’t mind legal sex workers outside your door. We booked because they had an elevator. It turns out there are about 30 stairs to get to the elevator. The room, the bedding and bathroom are very old. The staff were very nice and attentive. They get 5 stars!」

「The hotel was great for what we needed for a night and the price was very affordable. Staff were very nice and happily switched us to an inside facing room to avoid the traffic noise below. It’s an older style hotel located just two blocks from the main area so super easy to walk to all of the activities.」

「Todo me gustó, las personas del hotel son muy amables」

「Staff was lovely」

「The first night was terrible, I got a room with a terrible smell I got a bad headache, therefore I requested to change my room. The gentleman who worked at night was very friendly and helpful. I got an upgraded room for the same price. The lady who worked during the day (Karla) was very friendly and helped us referring good restaurants near the hotel and things to do in Quito.」

「Breakfast was very good. Just that you get the same thing every day. Breakfast is very fresh!」
