I called to confirm connecting rooms a week and a half before check in to be told they would do their best. Still uncomfortable, I called the day before check in. She saw my booking was incorrect and corrected it.」
「This seems to be a new property - everything is clean and nice. Desk staff were very friendly. It was easy to find and in a nice neighborhood close to a Baylor Scott and White Clinic. It's also very close to our son's new home which is a bonus for us! Wide variety of breakfast items - cheese omelets, breakfast meat (sausage or ham), breads, cereals, yogurt and mix-ins, waffles, etc. We'll definitely stay here again.」
