I did not get to get a key or enter into a room that I had paid for in my name. I spent over 70 of the last 100 I had available to book this room and it was supposed to get refunded to my bank account but has not yet been deposited. Please let me know what list they are talking about? If specifically just a problem list at travel lodge Madison heights. Or am I not part of allowed guests at Baymont? I had a room there I never got an accurate message why I couldn't any longer stay there "

"Breakfast was not very warm and eggs empty but good variety front desk staff was efficient but not overly friendly pool was tiny hot tub was nice and hot room was nice. Tub was not really bath taking size for an adult if your into that. I would probably stay here again "

"Our room was ok clean wise. Along the edges on the floor were lots of trash. From not being swept up. The breakfast was served ok. The milk was curdled and I was told “it’s still within the expiration date”. Our toilet didn’t flush for 16 hrs and took my nephew in law to fix it, as the maintenance man didn’t show up. "

"Sewer flies in room, conditioner not stocked, poop stains still on toilet seat and in toilet from previous guest, hair on pillows. Overall not clean. "

"This was one of the NICEST Holiday Inn Express Hotels I have been to. I take my kids regularly to Holiday Inn Express Hotels & THIS ONE was by far the BEST one yet! It was clean, quiet, & better than I hoped! The Jacuzzi Suites are the BEST! Also the breakfast was BEAUTIFUL (so many choices), the pool was PHENOMENAL & the work out room was WONDERFUL! LoL. I had a GREAT time & experience here! I wish I lived closer than 2 hours because I'd be staying here with my kids every weekend as a getaway! Actually it's worth the drive, so I think we'll be back sooner than later. "
