"The hotel and the staff were great. But there were three birthday parties booked for the pool and the hot tub. We drove two hours from home to have a weekend with the pool and the hot tub and we could barely get in it. They were kids screaming, and drunk people falling into the hot tub. The part of our trip was a nightmare. "

I packed up and kindly requested another room, and they seemed to think that it's not an expectation to have a reasonable level of noise at a hotel on a Saturday due to all the sports teams etc traveling. I travel constantly for work, and that is my expectation. Rooms also need some handywork. "
