「Very nice property.」

「The room.was clean but nothing special. Our issues were that the area where the room was located stunk of heavy pot. Our room was on the 4th floor and the ice machine didn't work. We ended up.on the 15th floor for ice. We went back up to get more and it was unavailable. When we contacted the desk we were told to try other floor. The ac unit sounded like a plane engine. So either be too hot or listen to that noise. Pretty disappointing for what we paid. I would avoid this hotel.」

「The property is a new apartment rental complex that’s renting out rooms until they’re all rented. Expensive. Did not receive a “lake view” even though we were the only overnight guests. Rooms are pretty but no usual hotel amenities…like a blow dryer. No shelf or holder in the shower so their provided shampoo/conditioner sit on the floor. No bedroom door (open to sitting area). No bathroom ventilation.」

「parking was fantastic. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was big. #5 is on the second floor. Nice view of the lift bridge and a nice view of Lake Superior from the small balcony. We did take a sauna.」

「Free bottled water available at front desk. XL smart TV was nice once you figured out how to find the channels with your kind of programing.」

「We had a wonderful corner lake view room, with lovely views on two sides! Room was spotless, bed was comfy, staff was helpful and friendly. Well maintained and interesting historical building with restaurants and shopping. Beautiful lake walk right outside their doors, walking distance to Leif Erikson Park, the Rose Garden, and Canal park. Greatly enjoyed our stay!」

「This place was nice mostly, it was clean and the location was good. The main complaint was that our tv didn’t work. The gal that worked there put in good effort to fix it but ultimately it never worked. It was clean and the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again and just hope the tv worked.」
