"The hotel had rented one of my booked rooms out to another guest, and wanted me to pay extra to get a new room. I didn’t want to do that, so they cancelled my booking. And now they are refusing to give me a refund. I can’t recommend this place at all "

"Front desk staff made the stay, very helpful. Position of the hotel was good for exploring all points of interest. Room was comfortable, bathroom needs an update but for the price i was very happy I stayed here. Id definately stay here again. If you want somewhere quiet to spend sometime in the afternoon check out Paco park. Easy walk from the hotel. "

"It was the pool which was disappointing. It was also a health club so sometimes you use the pool until noon as it was full of very loud children The staff by the pool were not that attentive. The champagne bar restaurant was excellent. Breakfast very mediocre."

"Location was close to the U.S. Embassy and Rizal Park. Clean room, great staff. Elevators broke down day & night on a rotating basis. For me(allergic to garlic & onion), it was not a pleasant dining experience. As a guest, I got 20% off all food, but there wasn’t anything on the menus I could eat. "
