PROS: Near the airport (NAIA). Size of the rooms. CONS: Initial check in was poor. Handling of the luggage curbside didn’t happen. The initial check in at the front desk was hurried and not welcoming. Food at breakfast was low quality.

Very good service minded people, I had a pre paid booking, and payed all other items cash, but they still deduct 13 K Pesos from my creditcard That;s the only thing which was annoying, however I checked out yesterday, may be it takes 3 days ?

Hotel stay before flight
Beautiful hotel close to the airport. A true 6 star hotel with great facilities.

Great Hotel
We only stayed one night, but it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were amazing and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great with lots to do and many places to eat. Overall the best hotel I have ever stayed at and will certainly stay again.

Pleasant enough..
Hotel is located in the Newport Mall complex. Everything is generally OK, but nothing special to rate the fairly high price per room. For ambience, think very mediocre copy of the Wynn in Macau. all in all, the Marriott next door is far more pleasant. ELEVATORS are slow and far too few. Had to wait nearly five minutes on average.

Not as expected for a 6 star
It was a good stay since its near casinos. But for the hotel itself, I'm not impressed. Even the buffet breakfast Iwas short of expectation. Nevertheless, the staff were accommodating and simply efficient.

ホテルの環境は良かったのですが、朝食のビュッフェが品数が少なく酷かった。 それなりの料金なのに紅茶は有料でした。

 3泊4日で旅行をしましたが、カジノを楽しむ方には最高ですが、観光を主体にしたいなら、別な場所で宿泊したのが良いと思います。チェクインの際、ヴァウチャーの提出を求められ、Hoteles.Comは発行してませんし、料金の精算が終わっているのですからパスポートでの確認でおわしてほしいです。更に、ダイナースカードが使えないとはびっくりしました。ホテルの格が問われます。ホテル内の設備は整ってますが、お湯を最大の熱さにしてもぬるく、体を温めることができませんでした。ルームメイキングの方たちは挨拶もきちんとしてくれますが、フロントが不愛想な感じで、もう少しサービスとは何かを勉強したのが良いと思いました。(これは、日本人的考えです。)客層は、中国人、韓国人、ローカルの人たちで、日本人はほとんどいません。朝食はそれなりでした。

친구들과 클락에서 골프후 마닐라 맥심에서 1박하였는데 체크인부터 체크아웃 까지 직원들이 매우 친절하였음 특히 complimentary water를 주문했는데 네병씩이이나 갖다주고 밤늦게 TV를 볼일이 있어 직원에게 전화로 물어보니 직접 와서 해결해 주었음 아울러 체크아웃동안 골프백을 싣고 갈 taxi를 미리 불러주어 기다림없이 출발할 수 있었고 또한 택시에 골프백등룰 싣을때 직원이 다섯명이나 도와주어 팁을 줄 수가 없을 정도였음다만 흠이라면 방값이 1박에 약35만원이라 부담이 되기도 하였음

五つ星とWebでみた写真のキレイさで宿泊を決めました。まずチェックインで受付が3名しかおらず順番まで30分待たされたあげく予約しておいた禁煙ルームの準備ができておらず1時間待ってくれといわれる。しょうがないので喫煙ルームへ。朝のビュッフェのメニューも五つ星にしては寂しい感じ。プール、フィットネスも写真で見るよりかなり質素です。宿泊客は韓国人が多い印象でした

훌륭한시설. 미흡한서비스.
전체적으로 객실, 부대시설, 위치 등등 좋았습니다. 다만 프로세스가 좀 엉성하다고해야하나.. 최고급 호텔을 지향함에도불구하고 중간중간에 불필요한 웨이팅시간이 길었습니다. 또한 처음 체크인시 룸수리(?)를 해야한다고해서 오후 5시정도까지 룸을 제대로 사용하지 못하는 등 아쉬움이 많았습니다.

카지노를 위한 호텔
로비가 조금 답답하지만 그래도 직원들 친절합니다 방은 조금 중국느낌 빨간 분위기 그래도 일반룸 테이블은 술한잔 하기에 딱 좋네요. 일단 최고는 방에서 엘레베이터만 타고 내려가면 카지노,쇼핑몰,등 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 수영장은 깊은 풀이 없어서 아쉽지만 카바나가 있어서 좋았습니다. 그런데 조식 부페는 별로인듯 합니다. 가짓수도 없고 먹을만한게 없네요. 여기서 점수 깍입니다. 골드등급되면 잡을수 있는방이랑 출입가능한 레스토랑 따로 있다니 거기에 꼭 가보고싶네요.

朝食付きで予約したのですが朝食の場所等の説明がなかった。 バスタブのお湯が出ず直すのに時間がかかった。 カジノとショッピングへの便がよかった。 日本語を話せる人はいません。 英語・中国語・韓国語・タガログ語のみ通じるので、英語が話せないとより快適なリクエスト等は難しです。
