We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in ParaƱaque City. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially being on a high floor. There was plenty of room to relax and move around, which we really appreciated. The staff were very nice and accommodating, and the security guards were especially helpful and welcoming. The only downside was that we noticed a few small cockroaches in the room, which was a little disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the spacious room, convenient location, and friendly staff. With a little more attention to cleanliness and pest control, this would be an even better place to stay.

The condo was spacious and had a great view of Manila Bay. It was spacious and could accommodate plenty of people. Free parking is a plus! The caretaker was very helpful when we needed him. The only thing I didnā€™t like was that the unit leaks when it rains. Also, it didnā€™t have many utensils and cookware. Overall, the unit was ok.

Great price for a 2 bedroom condo! Staff was super helpful with luggage and I appreciated that we were able to store our luggage after check out. Also the location was nice since it was close to the malls and airport!

It was small for a family of 5 no space just beds and a small folding bed which is broken and stained. Sofa bed is so hard and even the regular beds are. A/C works and blows cold but water leaking on the bed, rugs are so cheap that gets wet and cannot absorb water. Old and super worn carpet . Toiletries are not luxurious as described about the unit. Parking fees are outrageous and unreasonable price. Whole building stinks and smells so bad. Over all rating nothing good about this property. Atleast lobby staff are friendly.

I like the location where it was located and easy to check in. But when going inside the room the floor was dirty and the aircone is leaking so there is water on the floor. And the master bedrooms bed is broken one legs. Overall it just need to be deep clean and marinated the place

Overall, our stay and accommodation were pleasant. The place was cozy and conveniently located. However, I would like to comment on two things that could be improved. First, cleanliness. We noticed quite a lot of small cockroaches, especially at night, crawling across the floor and around the tables where food was being served. The smell coming from the parking area was also very unpleasant, almost like a rotten sewer, and it was strong enough to affect our breathing. Second, the air conditioning. The AC was very weak and barely produced any cool air. Thankfully, a fan was provided, which helped make the room more comfortable. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay, but I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

This place was very centralized to our planned activities and close to the airport. We had plenty of space for 5 adults. Having a kitchen with appliances was a plus. We do not try out the pool as it was really cold. Overall good stay

Huge, spacious propertyā€¦. I was in shock how many beds + space there was! It was very clean and well air conditioned, and came with a Smart TV that had everything on it including Netflix. It comes with a washing machine and a rainfall shower head. The gym was very big and had a variety of weights and equipment, and the restaurant across the pool was very good. It was walking distance from Manila Bay Mall, City of Dreams and Parqal, just take the foot bridge. The front desk staff and doormen were very nice and helpful and their security is amazing. They made sure all visitors signed in and I felt very safe there. I will definitely book this property again next time!

First of all, the condo was what we saw online, very nice condo, it was enough for all of us (8 pax) free toiletries and there were enough towels for everyone. Location was very convenient it was close to where we wanted to go, airport and MOA and lots of restaurants in not a far distance. 7 eleven right by the corner side of the lobby was very convenient as well. pool was excellent my kids spend so many hours at the pool. Contacting the host was very easy. we had a bit of check in adventure so it took us almost 1 and a half hour before we got to the condo but it was all paid off when we requested for late check out, the host gave it to us for free, he gave us 2 hrs extention so we really appreciated that. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling or wanting to be near the airport. and for the host thank you for giving us free late check out.

The property location is right next to the Okada hotel. When you book they don't send the hotel name and room # till you aree supposed to arrive. Unfortunately I didn't receive the email till I had already arrived in Manila so we has a hard time locating where we were staying. As far as the room goes it is not a luxury or a penthouse. We were on the 5th floor. The room was 2 bedroom 2 restrooms a dining/living room and fully equipped kitchen. No restaurants around though 7/11 downstairs has quite a bit of things to purchase. The internet was non existent so no tv also. Pretty disappointing after going out all day and not being able to wi fi or tv watch. The location is good and the stay was good. The new Ayala Mall is also really close and MOA is a 5 minute taxi. I would stay here again. The staff was very professional and helpful.

The room is pristine. It was a nice stay. Room is big and spacious.I like that we can cook our food. Utensils and kitchen ware are provided for you. Totally will comeback to this place. The location was convenient, very close to the airport and only few minutes to shopping malls. The place was very spacious, clean. The bad side: -This place was so hard to find, their navigation was messed up. It took us two hours to find this place. -There was no way to contact the host, no numbers to call, no email address was given. -The entrance was stinky, there might be a sewer nearby. -Bins were full and very foul, just very close to our room. -Beds were squeaking every movement you make. -One of the bathrooms had a foul smell coming from the drain. -Since this place is close to the airport, be prepared to carry with you an earplugs for sleeping. The good side: -The place was very clean and neatly organized. -Bathrooms were clean and comfortable and relaxing. -The room was very spacious if you have children with you. -Staffs were extremely nice and hospitable. -We felt relaxed during our stay.

The property had a beetle and cockroach problem. Notified the host three times with no response. The beds were little more than an American bed box springs. Then the unit had a water leak and we spent half the day with no running water. Requested to have them move us to another unit but they didn't do this until the next day. The new unit was much nicer there were no bugs and comfortable beds. But we only got moved to the new unit because of the water leak. Not because if the other issues which they wouldnā€™t respond to.
