「We were only staying for the night as a stopover as were passing through. Property was clean, staff were lovely, breakfast was excellant with a beautiful view over the waves. Would definitely come back and stay for longer」

「Stay was during May-25 at the Akohara retreat in Ubud. On arrival greeted by staff with flower garland, drinks and local traditional dance. This is definitely a couples retreat. Our room was six levels down a mountain, some 405 steps down. We used the inclinator elevator to travel between our room and main pool and restaurant. 「We loved our stay at The Ridge! So relaxing and the views are incredible. They made us feel like family, and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed. We appreciated the hand-chosen artwork, breakfast, attention to detail, architecture, and how well everything was put together. 「Nuestra estadía fue excepcional, el recibimiento, la decoración de la habitación, por nuestro aniversario de boda (un lindo detalle), el personal cordial y servicial, la ubicación. Recomendadisisimo. 🙂」

「漂亮的海灘、舒適的環境、最喜歡的就是 villa 裡面雖然小小的但是可以讓你快意地躲開外面烈陽的好去處。比較有問題的部分是，如果你選擇用摩托車逛逛島內，技術要不錯，因為路況真的不是很好。網路時有時無，全然打亂可以有的選項，包括出遊的時候需要用Google Maps來找路，如果你有習慣使用網路聽音樂或欣賞影片的話，影響更大。這家旅店確然有附烹調的餐具和鍋具，但所有的食材和佐料都另外到外面15分到30分鐘距離的地方（如果你知道上哪去買的情況下）自行購買, 困難度要比預期的高很多，飯店裡面沒有餐廳喔，這也是需要納入考量」

「除了出入要爬一段陡坡比較不方便之外，飯店是很舒適的，而且附近也有餐廳。房價起伏很大，我們訂了私人泳池和庭院房型各一晚，因提早訂房價格很優惠，非常划算。枕頭和床鋪非常舒適，只可惜沒有電視，晚上有點小無聊。庭院房型因為廚房和客廳四邊沒有牆壁，晚上蚊蟲比較多，不過還好並不太會飛進房間，而且有蚊帳，仍可維持睡眠品質。」

"環境很棒是在森林裡清幽寧靜晚餐是燭光晚餐也很值得體驗出入烏布要半小時以上一天只有兩班次如果要逛街不方便只待在森林浴裡倒是不錯的選擇"

"The staff is the highlight. Very friendly and helpful, so the stars are mostly for them. The facilities could definitely use a revamp. The hot water from the shower was inconsistent, it would sometimes become piping hot for a few seconds. We also had the problem of not having hot water after a while on the first night, which was fixed but still was a hassle because it went cold when our kid was showering. Also, the towels and bed sheets could be cleaner. The breakfast was pretty good though the nasi mie could be less salty. 員工非常優，友善又很有熱忱，有一位還曾經在台中實習過。設施有點年紀，雖然大致上維護的還不錯，遇到最大的問題是熱水會忽冷忽熱，毛巾也不是說非常乾淨，算是小缺點。早餐都可以吃飽，但炒麵略鹹，可能需要備註調味下手輕一點。整體算是表現中規中舉的小型飯店。"

"整個旅館種植好多植物，綠意盎然，一進入飯店就覺得遠離塵囂非常舒服飯店服務人員非常熱心親切在飯店用晚餐時，跟飯店人員聊天，提及隔天一大早4:30 tour ，好貼心幫我們準備隔天的麵包、水果和飲料～好感謝下次來烏布，一定會再次入住"
