This resort actually lived up to expectations. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The upstairs restaurant was also very good — great atmosphere and really enjoyable food overall. And also loved that they offered a shuttle to downtown

Noisy, Noisy-spa ruin I’m sharing this feedback because, unfortunately, our stay did not meet the expectations we had for a relaxing villa experience. Spa facilities: The spa was inoperable and appeared to be abandoned or not maintained. This is something that should be clearly updated on the resort’s website, Room location and noise: We chose Ubud Green because the beautiful surroundings gave us the impression that it would be a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Unfortunately, our room was located right at street level, and the traffic noise was extremely loud,. At times, it felt like sleeping next to an underpass. The hotel spa had no training to assist , super polite but not guidance. The property is gorgeous, large rooms and enormous comfortable shower/bathroom.

They are so friendly, the room was clean (except the fridge but it was probably old), and it was so spacious! They scheduled our transportation from the airport and checked on us everyday. We loved it here and would book again. I had to screenshot videos for the reviews as I didn't take pics.

Hotel, room, and restaurant all excellent. The only problem I had was our rooms were Agasai 1 and 2. Both are next to the street so you can hear cars late at night. And the worst part is Circle K convenience store next door had locals hanging around till 3 am talking and laughing loud that kept me up. Ask for other rooms instead of 1 or 2.
