「They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.」

「Check in was slow, three people at the counter and only one helped, even with a line. Our room was missing the tv remote when we checked it. They got us replacements. There was a loose tile in the bathroom floor in front of the toilet and shower. The water/shower handle was loose and coming out of the wall. The breakfast was great.」
