"Expedia canceled the booking of my original hotel. They asked me to choose between 3 options to replace it, which I did in a timely manner. Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. I had to go around time to check the options that Expedia gave One of the options that Expedia gave to replace the original booking is even out of service."

Location is at the central of Mandalay, easy to move around. Hotel front desk helped transportation and trip plan. The cost is great and better than outside bargain price. Breakfast is also great.
