"Ideally located hotel close to the heart of the city and surrounded by many restaurants and other shops. Excellent breakfast menu with a nice view of the surrounding area from the top floor. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room amenities were good value for money. I would stay here again - highly recommended."

"For a trad sort of hotel in the downtown part of Mandalay this place gets a thumbs up ... close to the train station (maybe a consideration as the bus station is a huge way outside the city) with attentive staff and a buffet breakfast in the wide windowed top floor gallery. You might not enjoy the challenge of walking everywhere as I did, but you wouldn't regret staying here. The manager is affable and speaks good English."
