I contacted Expedia, who tried to help me over chat, but they were unable to find a suitable replacement and I couldn’t leave the chat to check out pictures or the map to see what they were proposing. Eventually, they reimbursed my stay and I had to make myself other arrangements, which was difficult last minute, and way more expensive.」
