「Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists.」

「This is a dishonest listing. I did not end up staying here because the address was a public boat ramp and there’s no disclosure about that until you attempt to check in. 」

A couple hours after the payment went through, about 2 hours before our 18 hour shift was over, the owner contacted us and said it was not available, that they had the boats parked elsewhere but they were willing to tow them into their usual location if we could wait. 「The owners never replied to any of my messages and never showed up to get me checked in. I contacted Expedia, who tried to help me over chat, but they were unable to find a suitable replacement and I couldn’t leave the chat to check out pictures or the map to see what they were proposing. Eventually, they reimbursed my stay and I had to make myself other arrangements, which was difficult last minute, and way more expensive.」
