「There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.」

We won’t get over being driven in a cart to and from the parking lot down a charming rock wall lined street. It’s the most magical entry to a hotel we’ve ever experienced. 「Quiet, suburban area. Host was great, English not so good but neither was my Italian! Managed to communicate. Had breakfast the one morning and it was really good value for E7 each. 12 minute walk to the square. Some noise if guests are awake early but that’s to be expected in a B&B. Shutters on the window kept the room dark when sleeping. A/C worked well and was quiet when I switched the swing function off. Parking was fine.」

「The proprietor was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely room and excellent, ample breakfast. Shower is tight for a plus-sized person. Parking very easy, but the peculiarities of house numbering in Carrara make it difficult to find the B&B location, which is located not near #18 and behind another group of houses numbered 16. Still, I highly recommend this B&B!」
