「Apartment was clean but very limited, no night stands, no luggage racks. Tucked in the alcoves with some stairs to climb to get in. There is a bar very near and people were partying in the ally until late in the evening and porters were cleaning and moving stuff very early in the morning. Beds could use some updating. 」

「It was so very difficult to locate the hotel. The information for the directors was confusing. Even with the photo direction as all the street and the color is almost the same. The entry for the hotel was terrible and look like was still under construction, it was dirty, scary and dark. The hall way and the stairway has no light we could turn on. 「Niceapartment. Big and clean. Large terrace with great views over the village towards the sea. Apartment was easy to find and very central in Riomaggiore. Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good. Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil...
