「My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain.」

「Parking is awful in Old San Juan and this hotel does nothing to help. There is no place to unload luggage, except by blocking traffic. There is no help from anyone to help with luggage. The hotel rooms were Ok, but old and the floors were not attractive, in fact the floors were dirty. I only stayed here one night but would never stay here on multiple nights. The location, however, was excellent.」

「Was in our room sleeping and at 3:15 in the morning another guest walked into our room. They were given the same exact PIN number to our room. We both were given the same pin to the room. It was a scary situation coming out of our sleep at 3:15 am. After the situation was taken care of we was frightened to go back to sleep.」

「Lovely relaxing stay with everything you need, great pool to which was a bonus. Nighttime with the sounds of wildlife was amazing」
