「Loved the position of the rooms, overlooking the hills. No stairs. Large facilities. Offload parking, no charge. Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble Ate at the pub, good selection of pub food and drinks. Would have liked complimentary shower gel.」

「Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery! The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden.」

「Room comfy, clean. Staff v. Friendly except for breakfast when a cup of tea never arrived and no toast with scrambled egg, asked for some just brought bread, no butter. Gave up. Evening dinner, freat menu, amazing tasty food and staff attentive and seemed to enjoy serving me and the family I invited over.」

「Our luxury double room was spacious, clean and kept clean by staff each day. The only comment we would make was that the continental breakfast was not exciting and therefore somewhat disappointing for my wife who does not eat the cooked option.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our four night visit to Stable Lodge - lovely, clean rooms and the property is in a nice quiet setting which is great after a busy day doing "tourist stuff" in the Cotswolds. Mark and Mona were great hosts. Thanks also to Andy for the great breakfasts (and chats) and to Mark's Mom Sarah who was visiting and helped us with a dinner reservation when we were having trouble with our phones!!」
