「Staff entered my room without permission and without knocking. Just because hotel staff have keys does not mean they can enter a guest’s room whenever they want. Guest privacy should be a top priority for any hotel, and this behavior was completely unacceptable.
In addition, I am still trying to receive the $150 USD cash deposit that I paid at check-in. When I went to check out, no staff member was available. I was told that if I wanted my refund, I should leave the key inside the room and wait...

「Everything was fine indoors, the exterior could be improved. Outside one cracked window looked like a junkyard with old cars.

「Great place to stay for a weekend getaway, the home is historic, unique, and beautiful. The host was very accommodating and the property manager was happy to help with making the stay an incredible experience. I recommend the Prescott House to anyone looking to make the most out of a trip to the Adirondacks. 」
