The room was very clean. It was quiet. That was appreciated. The bed was stiff and pillows flat though. The deposit was double the usual deposit vs. other hotels we usually stay with.

The rooms are fairly dated and nothing special. But if you're looking for cheap lodging in Malone, it's near everything, the staff was extremely friendly and I'd come back if I'm in the area.

The property is older but the staff is amazing our flight was 4 hours delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until 2 am but they called to check on us and actually waited for us to arrive. The room itself is a little dated but they do a good job of keeping everything clean.

Check in process was fine, Our rooms were on the first floor of one of the buildings, which was convenient; but the hallway smelled like urine and it was strong! Thankfully, when we went in the room, that was decent. The room had laminate flooring and was clean. The shower was clean and the water was hot. We did not explore any other part of the motel and checked out early in the morning.

This property is very welcoming please don’t listen to the negative comments because i almost did and is not what they said in other posts. Our room was very clean we could smell the cleaning products in the bathroom which was nice to know that everything was clean. The whole room was cleaned and excellent conditions. When you come to the area don’t hesitate staying at this hotel. Have a bless day

I personally didn’t stay at the property. I booked this hotel for 8 employees when we couldn’t find a hotel closer to the job site. They ended up sleeping in their cars because of the large number of cockroaches in the rooms. Staff was polite and friendly on the phone.

Very nice Office staff - owner. Bathroom door and tub had large paint chips. Bathroom sink area had dead bugs on counter and room had 13-15 mosquitoes when I arrived (without my leaving the door open).

Not happy with having to hold down the lever in order for the toilet to flush. Not happy that the sliding doors were screwed shut, safety/fire hazard. Not happy that there was no extra safety lock to prevent someone entering after the door was closed. Not happy with the fact that there were two of us checked in but not enough towels, soap or shampoo provided. Had to ask for more. Also not happy that the shampoo was in ketchup type plastic container and extremely hard to open, I had to use my teeth. The people were extremely courteous and the place was clean just run down.
