「Nice little B&B with great hosts. Stayed for two nights. Room has a fridge which is big enough for quite a few tins/bottles so that was good to have. Decent shower. Brekko was a great fry up. My gf couldn't get up in time for it as it ends at 9am, however the guys gladly provided me with some food for her which we put in a tupperware box for later. 「A lovely little family run hotel. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, from arrival to check out, nothing was too much trouble. We thought this was the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Parking was easy and convenient - we just left the car there as it was easy enough to walk down to the harbour. The restaurant was amazing and fantastic value for money, everything freshly cooked and prepared, so it was no trouble to ask for a dish to be customised to taste. We would highly recommend this...

「What a gorgeous little place this was to stay. Our room was big and spacious, with great bed and shower. It’s really well located and within walking distance to everything. You’re staying at a pub so expect some noise but it didn’t bother us at all. Great staff as well. We’ll be back!」

「There will be free ticket for whitby abbey. The building is nice and historical. Many facilities for guests to use. I like the drinking water the most. A bit difficult to find the entrance and the 199 steps to hostel is without light at night. It is a bit dangerous if you back to hostel late at night as you can't see the steps. The breakfast is very tasty and many different choices to choose.」

「Had a wonderful stay at a wonderful pub. Location is perfect and character of the pub is amazing. Lovely locally brewed beer and great food. Bad timing on our part that the brewery was closed so couldn't do the tour but gives u great excuse to go back. 」
