「The breakfast included a bowl of cut fruit. Cantaloupe, strawberries, pineapple or kiwi. Freshly made scrambled eggs with bread and marmalade. The service was wonderful. Instant coffee in dining area all day. Brewed coffe in the morning. Help yourself to pear or apples in the bowl in common area. Juan the hotel receptionist is kind, helpful and speaks fluent English. Good value for the money. 」

「El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. 「This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up.
