It is in a residential area, so be sure to get a dinner recommendation for the area before you head out. The best thing about this place is the staff. 「Apartment was great! Lots of sun during the day. If you plan to work from there, use a cushion. The chairs are not meant for all-day use. Takes a few minutes for the water to get hot, but it is nice and hot. The central courtyard has a pool with loungers and umbrellas and is perfectly sunny from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location.
