「Un véritable bijou niché au cœur de la médina de Sousse, classée à l’UNESCO. Ce Dar traditionnel, rénové avec goût, marie harmonieusement le charme de l’architecture locale et le confort moderne. La maison est impeccable, entretenue avec grand soin, et chaque espace respire la sérénité. L’accueil est à la hauteur du lieu : chaleureux, professionnel, authentique. Le personnel est attentionné, toujours prêt à rendre service, avec une mention spéciale pour Rahma, qui nous a servi le petit déjeuner...

「Very good location just near the busy area but it’a quite at night. They have a huge rooftop you can hang out there. The staff are friendly. Everything was good but the bath tub is a bit small. 」

「Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!」

「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」

「This hotel is very lgbt friendly. I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too . Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person. Excellent breakfast every morning, friendly staff who respected my pronouns and great restaurants nearby . Multi cultural mix of people and a nice retro hotel . What’s not to like 」
