「This is a proper 4-star hotel where everything is built around guests and making sure that every need is satisfied. 「the hotel was so dirty and so noisy,I have spend 5 hours to get my room,in fact a dirty room,it's a shame,I never recommend this hotel to any one.」

「This hotel is very lgbt friendly. I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too . Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person. Excellent breakfast every morning, friendly staff who respected my pronouns and great restaurants nearby . Multi cultural mix of people and a nice retro hotel . What’s not to like 」
