「There were several pools.All spotless and well maintained. The beachfront is amazing as well. Turquoise waters, chair drink and snack service.Lunch cafe is right there as well. The beachfront was kept clean of debris.Beautiful turquoise water. Plenty of umbrella loungers . The staff here were excellent. 「I have to say one of the best places I have ever stayed in. From the moment we walked through the door and greeted by the helpful staff, the smiles and just warm welcoming to the spectacular room with such an amazing view. Food was phenomenal and there was plenty of it. Room was very clean the cleaning staff were such nice people. It is such a huge hotel and the so was fantastic also. Private beach, great food, great views, great people what more could you ask for. Would recommend to anyone...

「Staff are very polite and welcoming, rooms are clean, food is okay but do not cater for English tourists, quests are mainly Arabic. Visited this hotel many times in the past 20 years and it used to be beautiful, came back in 2023 and it was awful mainly due to the quests but thought I would give it another go and it has improved a lot, would stay again.」

「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」
