「This is the second time I have stayed in GemstoneBR. I am so satisfied! This is definitely the best condo I have ever lived in in the Philippines! The rooms of both Makati and Pasay are very beautiful and clean. I will definitely come again!」

「Love the place it was close at MOA and airport and lots of shopping and food places to eat definitely coming back」

「I checked-in. This facility is unprofessional. Did not even respond to my messages. I had to book elsewhere instead. I rarely give negative reviews. And I'll give it here. There are far more convenient places to rent at near Pasay. Not this. Never!」

「Great location, stores & restaurants nearby, beautiful studio, large tv(good for consoles/gaming), full kitchen with everything you’d need to cook or store food.. I would give this property 5-stars, but you must use bug spray(supplied by host) on the bathroom as pests come out at night.. Make sure to email host 24hrs prior to stay with the name of each guest for smooth check-in」

「The stay was great but the pool is not included on the package. You need to pay it separately which is bad for guest.」

「The description and post is quiet different in the actual presentation and thw aircon is cannot accommodate the whole room and the place is lots of people you are not feel safe」

「We did not stay there. The staff was rude when we asked online questions. Hung up and then blocked my wife trying to ask questions. Reported to Expedia. Asked to cancel reservation and refund. They would not refund our money.」

「No towels everyday only one time at ck-in No toilettries. 」
