「Staff was helpful」

「I love this hotel; it is clean, has helpful staff, and offers a great breakfast with a variety of buffet options. I would stay here again if visiting Jogja again in the future.」

「Nice garden and pool area. Very friendly staff. Good size but simple rooms. Rooms to street side very noisy including late night and very early morning. Some fixtures need up keeping: drains work so so, washrooms in lobby etc. overall a resort feel in an excellent location (walking distance to Malioboro), more 4 star than 5.」

「Friendly staff very helpful good service」

「OK」

「A good location in Malioboro. Rooms were big plain white rooms - a bit of wall art would have made them more appealing. Bathroom was basic & the shower could have done with a door, but it was functional.」
