「Our rating: 4.5/5. Staff are helpful and incredibly friendly. Expect to exchange ‘selamat pagi’ etc with everyone! Rooms and facilities are all modern and very clean. Bonus was how they generously two bottled waters on the coffee tray/desk each day. 「On the surface, this is a modern hotel with reasonable facilities. However, there are loads of pros and cons. The rooms are a little bit worn, staff don’t speak that much English and most of the clients are Indonesian.
