Brilliant hotel but location was terrible lots of homeless and dodgy characters and long walk from anything would definitely recommend booking something in a safer area closer to Santa Monica or Hollywood. Stay away from this hotels location unless you want to get mugged or have your car broken into.

There wasn't any staff. Just a kiosk with a person on a screen. Very impersonal. Not good. Had to pay per night for parking. Not good. I liked the room and housekeeping ladies if I encountered one.
