"Nightmare service and hospitality. Upon check-in immediately proceeded to check-out. Poor service, poor quality room poor amenities. No answers to any inquiries and no follow-up by management. Not sure how this hotel is still operational. Management and ownership invisible, poorly staffed and unqualified personnel to answer inquiries and requests. Avoid it"

"We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect—right in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by great restaurants and cafés, and just a short walk to the main strip. It’s close enough to enjoy all the fun, but far enough to escape the loud music at night, which was a huge plus. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed. It was spacious, comfortable, and even had direct USB ports for charging our phones—super convenient! A special shoutout to “Yaya”...

"First they gave the wrong address, the address that is given leads to the old town of Malia. When I arrived I called and had to wait 50 minutes, because the reception was opposite the house. In the room I had ants and a cockroach. You can hear every other guest talking and everything that happens outside. Is a renovated building but very poorly renovated. In the shower the wall was torn, on the ceiling there was mold."

"We arrived around midnight, reception was closed but easy to get in. Breakfast was continetal, fantastic. The room was amazing, especially the tub on the patio. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. The whole room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff we met were all very griendly and helpful. Location was fab, a minute from the beach and restaurants. "
