「We had a wonderful stay at Maleme Mare, right from the friendly welcome. The staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout, including the pool and gardens. No issue with sun-beds either, there are plenty to go round. The food was really great. Plenty of variety at every meal time. Overall we had a super relaxing week and felt we were being taken care of at all times. We will definitely be back」

Also easy access to the town and other nearby beaches if one would like to go as an option. Nice restaurants on the main road followed by a local supermarket, bakeries, petrol station. 「Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5*,...
