「Had a absolutely wonderful stay at resort. Condo was exactly as shown on line pictures. Pool was beautiful and very clean, ocean -beach is only a short walk away. Beach was absolutely beautiful with white sand and very clean. There is a restaurant but they only serve lunch and dinner - no breakfast. It is a remote area but if you are looking for a laid back resort - this is the one for you. 」

「All the hotel staff especially Mario is very helpful，friendly and knowledgeable to local areas and restaurants. The location is ideal for going to the Smith Reef for snorkeling as well as to Coconut Beach for walking along the beautiful white sandy Grace Bay beach.」

「Difficulty finding room as the directions stated to go upstairs but the room was downstairs and did not have a key in the door as communicated. Location is not walkable to anything - car required. The room was worn and there were stains on sheets and both (only 2) towels. Hot tub is cold. Good communication with management. It was ok but would not recommend. 」

「The property is not a beachfront property, but it is less than five minutes from a beach and it is within walking distance. Turtle Cove Marina is literally 3 to 5 minutes away walking. The facility is nice and clean. The rooms and balcony are a generous size! I was impressed! 」

「I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!」

「Point Grace had a lovely location, friendly staff, a quiet private beach and decent food. There were a few things there that made it really fall short for us, and we likely wouldn’t return. There was a keurig in the room but you couldn’t order a coffee anywhere at the hotel after 11am, there was no sunblock or water at the pool stand and it was crazy trying to find towels at the towel stand each day. The pool was a bit worn and dated. The resort lacked the extra amenities to make this go the...

「This was the perfect little spot for my young family- Brenda was amazing as all the staff. So accommodating with change of schedules etc. the pool was nearly private as not many guests occupied and the beach was a 3 minute walk outside of the property. 」
