TERRIBLE!!!!
"The hotel used to have a tunnel access to haram which is why we booked but that access is now closed. The hotel only issues one room key (also needed to keep lights on) despite the room being booked for 4 adults. If one of us stayed in the room they'd have to sit in the dark. We asked several times ..."

"Courteous and prompt customer service. I stayed in quad room with Kaaba view as I was travelling with 4 little ones. The view is spectacular. My kids told me it was the best vacation ever and they want to come back again and stay in the same hotel and room."
