"We stayed at this hotel during the hurricane. I felt like the hotel was not prepared for the situation. All three elevators went out of service. Since our room was on the 35th floor, this meant quite a hike for us 74 year olds."

"Stayed for one night before flight to LA lovely hotel clean large room, huge bathroom, staff managed issues with storm lala and power outage very well. We ate in the restaurant food was great wait staff friendly. Pool looked amazing unfortunately due to the storm it was closed due to safety concerns. I would definitely stay here again"

"Expensive for what it is. The rooms don't have a desk, so if you need a workspace, you're out of luck. Destination fee of $50 a night was surprise. It seems like that's the norm for HNL these days, but you're sorta stuck when you get there. $59 to park your car seems excessive as well. It's clean, the staff was friendly, and there's a big mall across the street."
