"We often stay at the Pagoda because of its convenient location to the medical centers I frequently must visit. It has been renovated and upgraded that's noticeable from the older decor. The lobby sofas and chairs were a bit soiled. Amenities are good especially the breakfast voucher. It's not a free breakfast but more than a generous availability. There was hallway noise but subsided within 20 minutes."

"My wife collapsed (I suspect as a result of dehydration) just after we had checked out at reception. The duty manager was there in a flash and my wife’s collapse had been observed by one of the ladies at reception, who immediately called 911. The staff were very helpful. They even arranged for my wife and I to return to the room we had just checked out of so my wife could lay down and recover after the paramedics had finished with her. Very impressed with their level of concern. Highly recommend The Wayfinder as a place to stay in Waikiki."
