Staff was extremely kind. I had experienced a family emergency and had to extend me stay. Debbie, kept an eye open all day to see if she could snag my room so I wouldn't have to move. This kind of Aloha can only be found in Hawaii. Her willingness to go out of her way to help me will never be forgotten. I will continue to choose Pagoda on my future trips."
