「The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping...

「Kitchen was in order and servicable. Appliances worked great and it had all the utensils, glassware, and cookware needed. The dishes were not clean as there appeared to be crumbs in the dishwasher that ended up on many glasses and plates.」

「I loved that it was a short walk to the beach and there were grocery stores nearby. Lots of options of places to eat and shop and explore the island!」

「A late night flight meant I needed a room for one night before the rest of the family arrived. Seamless check-in, spotless room, and a comfortable bed were just what I needed. On mainland time, I awakened early and enjoyed the sun rising over Haleakala as I sipped my tea on gorgeous Keawakapu Beach. I loved my stay, and will definitely return! 」

「Staff was great. My coffee maker didn’t work and housekeeper brought me a new one for the second morning. They had coffee in the lobby area too. Quiet location right across from the beach 」
