「The check-in process was really smooth and easy. Mr. Amr and the manager Mr. Mina were able to take our disabilities into account and ensure that our needs were met. The food was excellent all of the servers and the wait staff and the support staff were amazing! Our rooms were tidied and cleaned every single day, and there was never request that we made that they didn’t immediately take care of. They are amazing! 「Much better than average in Hurghada」

「They keep property clean all time, room can have minor issues of cleaning a few days but towels sheets are change daily, they change water bottle also. Rooms a little dated but not extreme. All personal really do an effort to solve any problem. Food besides being a buffette and all inclusive is good with fresh cook dishes every night」
