My wife and I have really enjoyed our stay in Serenity Alpha Beach. Its a beautiful and well maintained hotel. The staff are amazing! Food is fantastic. We are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Room outdated, pillows, blankets, towels, if you dont mind then you should be ok, if its cold outside dont expect heat in your room, its not available. Overall its clean, nice stay, housekeeping every day, during winter season water cold in the pool, so as in the sea, food is basic, every day is the same, changes is one day meat, another fish. Some food is just not digestible, limited fruits. La carre restaurant isnt something comfortable to attend, and the menu most Mediterranean, indian, Mexican. Pretty much everyone fr buffet. Most of the guests from Germany. Entertainment is limited by time evening is from 9pm till 11pm. So its a quiet place with nothing really to do. (Tennis- if you have partner). Otherwise is a boring place.

Plus: truly beautiful resort, fantastic beach spot with access to corails, safe, friendly and dedicated staff, many swimming pools well maintained, very fair conditions overall and excellent value. Minus: way too much soliciting on beach (every 5min a salesperson come to you to sell something out of your all-inclusive package (they are the friendliest but do not understand they ruin our stay by harassing us). Some residents really lack manners and respect, can blatantly skip lines or listen loud videos on their phones without headphones, and this impacted mood but to be fair that is not the resort’s responsibility. The upgrade did significantly improve our overall experience, really worth it.

Relaxing stay at the resort

We stayed here for 5 days. We mostly had a nice, relaxing stay. The property is a bit outdated as it was built in 2007 but it's being kept in a nice condition. The aircon doest work peoperly in the rooms, sometimes it just blows air and it's very loud but it doesn't cool the room down at all. Other times it doesn't work at all. There are times when it works too. We asked for a take away breakfast one morning as we had an early start to go diving. We got 2 'sandwiches' each, one of them had a piece of ham in it and nothing else, the other a piece of cheese and nothing else. We also got some sweet pastry and apples. We also both got a mild case of food poisoning the next day (not sure if it was from the breakfast or other food in the resort). From then on we avoided fresh vegetables and fruits as we figured those are being washed with tap water most likely. The staff is very helpful, they try to do what they can to make the guests happy with their stay. The rooms are large, there's a big choice of foods for all 3 meals (it's all inclusive). There are several pools at the resort but they are not shaded at all, which makes it impossible to use them if you don't want to be exposed to direct sun. So overall a great stay even though it might not be 5* in international standards.

It was a quite place, where it looks like in the pictures. But I think the other hotel had more Food options and a better Entertainment Team. And to be honest, many workers there tried to flirt with me while my husband sat somewhere else.

Check-in & check-out was friendly and efficient. General Manager, Aladdin was attentive, courteous and passionate about customer satisfaction. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were specious, clean, comfortable. The shower was spacious, easy to use and had a good pressure. The grounds were attractive and well maintained. Various pools available and all were clean, tidy and appropriately staffed. Good selection of food on offer during the three dining times.

Während meines kompletten Aufenthalts wurde sowohl der Hauptpool renoviert als auch ein kompletter Hotelflügel aufgestockt, was zu erheblichem Baulärm als auch Einschränkungen führte. Eine Info darüber vorab, war nirgends erkennbar, stattdessen lag ein Zettel im Zimmer „Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis“. Da die Arbeiten schnell voran gingen, werden sie vermutlich in den nächsten zwei Wochen beendet sein. Ohne diese Arbeiten wären 4 Sterne als Bewertung angemessen. Für den 5. Stern fehlt es dem Hotel an Stil, soll heißen, dass es z.B. im Hauptrestaurant noch deutlich Luft nach oben gibt, es gleicht da eher einer Massenabfertigung in einer Kantine. Um die Menschenmenge zu bewältigen sind die Tische recht eng aufgestellt und es ist relativ laut. Ein weiterer persönlicher Aspekt ist, dass ich es nicht mag, wenn man vom Service-Personal mit „hi Boss“ oder „hallo Chef“ angesprochen wird. Mir ist jedoch aufgefallen, dass viele Gäste gerade dieses kumpelhafte Verhalten als toll empfanden. Vermutlich ist das über die Jahre so gewachsen. Das Hotel hat ein paar Spezialitäten-Restaurants, die durchaus eine gehobene Qualität bieten, deren Buchungsweise per App, inkl. der Menüs ( da muss man Tage vorher schon wissen, worauf man an diesem Tag Hunger hat) ist jedoch ein wenig merkwürdig. Die positiven Dinge des Hotels sind Sauberkeit, guter Service, verschiedene Pools (sofern alle nutzbar), Strandlage am Hausriff, Qualität der Speisen ok, bis sehr gut (in den speziellen Restaurants).

Saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal (ohne nach Trinkgeld zu fragen). Sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Strand und eigenem Hausriff. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich. Von der Qualität her entspricht es natürlich eher mittelmäßigen Niveau, jedoch meist lecker und für jeden etwas dabei.

⚠️ ATTENTION : Aquaparc PAYANT (non inclus) - Hôtel vieillissant orienté seniors. ⚠️ ATTENTION - Information erronée sur l'aquaparc : Le parc aquatique est mentionné dans les équipements sur certains sites de réservation mais n'est PAS accessible depuis cet hôtel. Il se trouve dans l'hôtel voisin (Serenity Alma) et coûte 15€/personne/jour - information jamais clairement indiquée lors de la réservation. J'avais réservé précisément pour l'aquaparc avec mon fils de 14 ans. La direction s'est montrée très rigide sur ce point malgré le faible nombre d'enfants présents. INFRASTRUCTURE VÉTUSTE : Dès l'entrée dans le hall, sensation de décor figé dans les années 90. Les portes des chambres sont effrayantes, mobilier vieillot, finitions datées. Pour un supposé 5 étoiles, c'est un vrai 4 étoiles vieillissant maximum. HÔTEL PEU REMPLI EN HAUTE SAISON : Semaine du Nouvel An 2026, l'établissement était peu rempli. Ambiance très calme, orientée population senior, peu d'activités adaptées aux familles avec ados. BOISSONS DÉCEVANTES : Boissons de faible qualité et très sucrées, typique des formules all-inclusive bas de gamme - surprenant pour un prétendu 5 étoiles. Ristorante principale cucina internazionale limitato sempre le stesse cose poca scelta x noi italiani personale non cortese, non capiscono l’italiano parlano male anche l’inglese zero assistenza per noi italiani le piscine che dicono riscaldate sono gelate una sola riscaldata a 25 gradi all’aperto con un certo vento poco piacevole visto la stagione in spiaggia il servizio è nullo non c’è sabbia ma sassi rocce e grana acqua cristallina ma con rif nessun servizio alle reseption in italiano buona la sicurezza stanze ampie ma rumorose buono il bagno privo di bidet

Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Schöne Handtuch Figuren auf dem Bett. Minibar war inclusive im Preis inbegriffen. Wurde aber leider nicht nachgefüllt, ausser Wasserflaschen. Service Freundlichkeit in der ganzen Anlage, Kelner war sehr gut. Mit kleinem Trinkgeld noch besser.
