"Beautiful property - we booked this last minute for a great rate. It is a gorgeous property with spectacular views of Osaka - we stayed in a corner twin room. The restaurants are overpriced but the food and service are wonderful. Great overall location - can walk easily to shopping, Dontonbori and Osaka station. "

"Carpets in hallway and our room a little worn. Room carpet had a tear. Balcony was nice but balcony floor lamp didn’t work. Welcome drinks are very nice. Breakfast buffet is fantastic "

"Staff was remarkably efficient and so responsive to emergencies (we had a fire practice onsite). Property was clean and brought a sense of family and togetherness to share with all guests and if wanted to mingle a bit and share their memories together. "The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to USJ. Staff are very nice. Hotel lobby is very nice with minion theme. Our room has 4 single beds looking out with a view. Room is spacious but once we opened up all four luggage, the room is small and hard to walk. Bathroom is nice, with one sink. No hook for your clothes though. Water pressure is good and the bath tub is good after a full day walking at USJ."

"Pros- proximity to park and room options. We had a room with 4 beds for our family of four. Great water pressure in the shower and I liked the hairdryer. Buffet had a variety of foods but food was not good in my opinion. Coffee was terrible. Cons- This is a VERY basic hotel and it’s dated. Our room was clean but there was definitely a mildew type smell and the only way to explain it, is that the room gave me the ick. No bottled water in room. No pool at the hotel, which was surprising. I guess you get what you pay for but I had higher expectations and this did not meet them. "
